Welfare Drug Testing - Yea or Nay?

I'm wondering what some of my readers thoughts might be on the subject of welfare drug testing.  Do you think this is the answer to an over burdened welfare system, or is it a sure way to starve the children of this country's drug using welfare recipients.

I can lean toward the conservative side on some subjects, and that side of me likes this idea.  As a father I think about the children who will be affected by this law, and it scares me.  I'd love everyone to weigh in with a comment on this one!
