My Papa Mario passed from this world Monday at about 5 o'clock. My wife and myself were lucky enough to be together with him as he departed, and I feel deeply honored that Cathy and I were the last people he saw as he opened his eyes just before passing. He was one of the kindest, loving, and funny people I have ever known. I couldn't have asked for a better role model and will never fill his shoes.
